Following things should be considered to make video conference more effective
• A sound proof perfect room so than there is no noise
• Mute feature in microphone
• Block user
• Allow user to join meeting even in the mid of meeting
• Limiting access privilege like if anyone is allowed to speak for 5 minutes than any one may not interact in between
• Control off topic in the meeting so that objection may not deviate
