•    Be prepared yourself before the final conference and should have a meeting agenda ready
•    Be ready for conference at least before 5 minute
•    Ensure all hardware, equipment connected and ensure sufficient bandwidth
•    Speak clearly and loudly
•    Introduce yourself if needed
•    Leave meeting formally
•    Be focused on topic rather than raising off topic
•    Ensure the environment is not noisy and keep microphone mute if you are not talking
•    Should not eat or drink in conference
•    Be attentive and focused
•    Avoid using technical jargon in meeting so that everyone can understand
•    If you need to leave then ask for permission to leave
